Started on this build in March 2007.
Was meant to be a Old parts meets new parts project.
Old Mountaineer body and chassis. With Pede gearbox and HighLift axles.

I rember seeing that build on scale a long time ago.
but I never saw it finished.

where did you get the shock mounts?

That is very nice! You are making me want to get my Bruiser finished and back together! I really like the orange and black together! I didn't think I would but they actually really good together!

Thats shockmounts from a MFM chassis.

I've seen the chassis with them on it,but never seen just the shockmounts for sale.

this truck impresses me more and more everytime i see it. i am re doing my two old bruisers and will be "borrowing" some of your ideas for sure. how have the bumpers stood up to the abuse though?

did you try and scuff the metal with sand paper and prime before painting.it gives the paint something to stick to that seems to work well.
