Well i took out the stock battery holder and moved the battery down between the frame rails , then i removed the rear steer and lock the wheels, removed the HUGE bumper guard, remounted the shocks a little different, installed my new Mudslinger 2.2 tires, next i plan to move the steering servo down on to the front diff and lower the body a little but till then i had to try it out.

Nice trade. In the second to last picture, it looks like the front diff is unlocked. Going to lock it?

ya actually both diffs are unlocked right now...but i am going to tear it right down and start from scratch again. I have a few builds on the go so time will tell, but since i found this site i have learnt a ton of great info and build ideas ...awesome stuff.
