View Full Version : CR-01 under body pics

Here are some pics of the CR-01 without the body. I'm not sure about adding the metallic blue skid plate. The side chassis plates have grooves across them which adds strength as it 'locks' onto the frame. The servo plate has been replaced. I've also being playing with the springs. Undecided as yet. Cheers.

Looks great, I like the personality of each truck on here, I painted my CR01 chassis and springs all flat black and simulated rust and then this one is the opposite very clean and high tech looking. :D

Funny you should say that....years ago I made a Monster Truck. Took it outside, turned it on and it disappeared up the street. When I got to it there were more bits on the road than there were in the box! I figured crawling RCs was the way to go. After all: bruises heal but scars last forever. Cheers, Tony
