Blackfoot Extreme

Does anyone know if the grill from another truck would fit the Blackfoot? (even something close that I could make fit)

If you have the Blackfoot extreme the King Black foot grille will fit it but I don't know of any others

This is the body that I picked up. It's solid, just no bumpers, grill, or windows. The guy said it was on a shelf in his basement for years. It looks like it too.

What do you guys think?

Well, that there is a Super Blackfoot body. I believe it was billed as the "flagship" item for the emerging Tamiya America sales force back in 1992. There is a thread on here with some great info about that variant of the Blackfoot that you may find of some use.

From what I can see in the picture it appears to have some damage and is missing a piece of the bottom front driver's side fender where the the grille would attach. It is very common to find that type of damage on these old step-sides. As for the missing bits, most all of them can probably be found on ebay, but they can be a bit pricey. I have seen some more affordable Ford Ranger reproduction grilles for sale on there, which should fit that body, but it really depends on the quality of the reproduction.

Great Kit, I had one back in the early 90's. wish I had not sold it in garage sale a few years later.
