hi guyz,this is eazy here well am a noob to crawling world and i just got a cc01 from a friend for FREE but its missing an esc any suggestions on wat esc i should get?.i dont want to spend much bcose i dont know wheather am gonna like it or not.thnx

First, welcome to the site.

It depends on your answer to these two questions:
1. What do you want to do with the truck? (trail runs or fast bashing)
2. What kind of motor do you have installed.

If you want a trail rig, then you can get away with a stock Tamiya ESC. But I have seen heat issues so you may so want to look at a Futaba or Novak ESC.

If you want to go fast and bash around, then you need an ESC that will handle a lower turn motor. (the lower the turns the faster the motor) Stock Tamiya ESC can only handle down to a 27T motor. You can get a cheap Tazer that will handle down to a 15T motor.

If the motor installed is a silver can with no label, it is the stock Tamiya motor which is 27T. Not a ton of speed, but it will get around. You may want to look into a 55T motor for a trail rig and they are usually pretty cheap.

Also, if you do want a trail rig you need to lock the diffs. For sure the rear axle, but also a good idea to do the front.
