It is finally here, sort of. I don't have pictures of the build process since it was done when I was moving and had no internet, but here are some pictures before I paint it and what I am going for.

Here is what I wanted to go for, and exactly how I am painting it; white with the fenders and bumpers black:

Roof rack and accessories thanks to RCH Blackfoot:

Flex Shot:

So I just have to paint it, and secure the body since it is only sitting on the chassis, and work some minor details out, like the major rubbing on the front, and electronics neatness.

Hope you like it so far.

I changed out the leafs and made a 4 link for the rear.

So I got the electronics mounted up, and since it is 4WD now, it is finally a runner. I had to shorten the driveshafts by .25" on both of them to accommodate the wheelbase and transmission placement. I also am going to make a mount for the transmission out of styrene. Do you like my GhettoCAD skills?..
It has nice flex for a scaler.

I went and got the body today from SteelBreeze and I was speechless. Beautiful under the sun. These are the only pictures that I will show you for a week because I am going on a cruise tomorrow and coming back Friday, and no I can't take the Pajero (Mom won't let me...:x). Enjoy.

Well I figured out the lighting system. Hot glue was my friend today. I glued the switch next to the lighting battery box that I made out of thick paper, on the front of the Pajero, under the hood:

Today I made a license plate for the Pajero. Came out nice:

Took it outside but to my dismay there are animals called mosquitoes that like to suck your blood and bother you, so I only snapped two pictures before I ran back inside.

Today I went a actually used the Pajero in some terrain...sand. Did good, but the tires could be better. And the suspension is still soft, causing rubbing when turning under some flex. I took all the pictures with my phone. The video was also from the phone, so please excuse the crappy video quality. Moreover, it's hard to drive while recording with a flip phone..

Well, I finally got my items from The Scale Bungee Store, and it was well worth the wait. I got a cooler, a fishing pole, bungees, and 2 chains, which I don't really know where they go. No outdoor pictures because I don't want the Pajero to be taken off my hands by Hurricane Fay.

Since Hurricane Fay is making it rain here like crazy, I went out tonight when it stopped raining and boy was it fun, but my Pajero is a mess, and I flipped it on the street trying to beat my younger brother and his New Bright. I won of course, but his NB just floated over the water! Wht!?!?!
Sorry for the 2 fuzzy pictures without flash.

I bought some RC4WD rock stompers the other day, man they are sticky on the work bench, makes dragging the truck sideways quite hard.
Got to love the Tamiya High-Lift tires though, they may not be the grippiest but they are a nice scale looking tire.

Look forward to seeing more from your Exped Pajero :)

Don't worry, plenty of pictures will be taken of this truck in action on other days, since it is too much fun.

Went out again to the same place but I made a video. My little brother was there with his New Bright with a tapped Hummer body on it. It was pretty fun, until the end after going through the puddle, my Pajero died.

I think I fried the receiver, because it doesn't turn or drive. I tried to blow dry it, but then when I turn the wheel it accelerates? Any ideas? I hate to shell out $50 for a new Futaba R153 receiver.
