The stock High-Lift isn't exactly a rock crawler but it sure can climb steep angles and performs very much like a real stock 4x4 American pickup does off road. This translates into fun challenging driving. I just added some new 1.9 Rock crushers and rc4wd beadlocks which required I lift the body apx 1/2" using some metal spacers under the electrics tray and between bed and hinges. This truck is just a fun machine to tool around and who doesn't like shifting gears, I still need to get an MFU in it but it is fun just like it is.

Really low on funds, but once I get caught up, Im wanting to pick up the Hilux or the Tundra (wish I could do both). One of these days I will get some pics up of my trucks.
TXT-1, Cr-01, Ford Hi-lift, Super Clod. Guess I need to find someone to do some tradin with.

I do have one question. I've zoomed in on your pics, and I can"t quite tell many leaf springs you are using per wheel, looks like 2 but not sure

Yes I get hung up all the time when i venture onto the rocks but this is my fun show type truck which I usually just run in the dirt or snow/mud where it isn't a problem. I use my R2 tranny Hilux for crawling since it has an inch more ground clearence but only one speed (slow):willy_nilly:

Wyoming is the perfect playground for scale pictures. Nice looking truck. It's too clean though!

I hear you on that, but it'll look alot better with a lifted tranny and more ground clearence bud!I just don't like to see the tranny so low it's just don't look good imo :D
