Highlift Question

Well, I finally was able to order myself a Toyota Hilux Highlift kit :D

I could'nt find it anywhere, but do the Highlift kits come with ball bearings?

no, they come with metal bushes. Tamiya might do a hop up kit, i bought modelsports kit (Part no: BTF350) for my f350.

I'm kinda suprised that the kit does'nt come with bearings, especially for the price of the kit. My CR-01 kit was alot less and it came with them....:(

I think the Tundra has a full bearing set included...

None of the highlifts come with full bearings.

Also the kit includes metal bearings which are the same as bushings. There are plenty of ball bearing kits out there from Tamiya to ebay. Just remember you get what you pay for, so choose the best for your needs.

I have got a couple of sets from this guy on ebay. One for my hi-lift and then other for my TXT. They have both metal sided and rubber sided for a great price.

Looks like tower might have made a mistake with the Tundra description then...

The F-350 and Hilux descriptions say "Bushings and Ball Bearings" but the Tundra is different:
