Diff Slop

After thrashing the rig for a couple of months with the diffs locked i have noticed i have a lot of wheel rotation movement if you hold the opposite side still . anyone have the same issue , i think i will have to strip the diff and weld it solid if this is going to be an issue , i am putting a lot of torque through it with the 3-1 reduction box and want to fix it before i break something , cheers

Not had that problem yet but i have found a fair bit of play side to side in the wheels, it's like a wheel bearing has gone but i checked and they are fine :confused: any thoughts

Make sure the screws holding the diff together haven't come out. I had this problem on my XC.

and if you did have a screw come loose make sure you take it out before you get it stuck in the axle
