View Full Version : hi just mounted my 3 racing winch on my new bumper and raised the gearbox

hi everyone i have been busy again i lifted the gearbox by half inch and mounted the motor on the side and i have added a 3 racing working winch on my new bumper hope you like it? ;-)

Very Nice! Out of curiosity why move the motor? Are you planning an interior? We need more pics of the complete truck!

Yes, I'm thinking about doing an interior, besides, the motor would have been pretty close to the bottom of the windscreen. This way, I have a (slightly) lower centre of gravity too.:thumb:

This truck is looking great! Awesome job on the front wheel wells. How do you like the G-made wheels? Are they bouncy?

you can adjust the pressure for what terain you are on so yeah they are soft and bouncy on hard tarmac, but i only ever drive on rocks and mud etc so this pressure is fine they are really grippy too :-)

used A and B leaf springs with chino mod.

flipped futaba s3010 with black high torque saver.

g made air system wheels with g made big horn tires.

rrp hobby fender flares.

secret snorkel.

proline winch accessories.

silly question...how did you raise the motor and not get the drive shafts at the extreme angles I've seen on other rigs?

hi study the pictures carefully around the front alloy brackets i made :-)

im now doing my cousins high lift so i will take some pics of it and post them once its finished!
