One of your axles is upside down, doesn't really matter which, but take one off and flip all the brackets upside down. If you look in the directions you can check which one is reversed, otherwise you can just reverse the other.

When looking at the access hole for the diff locking pin, it should be on the left of the ring gear.

In modern full scale monster trucks the engines are mounted backwards and in the rear for better handling and visibility. Only one problem, the engines are too complex to run in the opposite direction. So the easiest way to solve this dilema was to flip the axles up-side down. After learning this I was able to build a truck that used a TXT trans and sensored brushless motor mated to TLT axles mounted up-side down so the truck went forward instead of backwards and had brakes. This mistake and others like it can be turned into positives by learning new things about mechanics and understanding how things work.

Ha, your fix would have been even easier, just reverse the channel!

That won't work because of the type of engine and speed control I used.
