I'm planing too give the car a shining soon, since it never get run anymore.
Lot's of alloy-parts is coming later for it too.

I run it like this alot of time with my friends, befor it was time for a new paintjob.
Then it turned out like this:

So I repainted it again:

Great truck, sort of a geology paintjob with lots of layers unless erosion (brake fluid) was used to wash away the history. I have a few trucks like this :)

They perform real good.
The best tires I've run so far.
Got them on my Pajero too, on M-chassis rims.

Great on hard surface as soft.
Not that good in mud though :(

But then we run Mud Slingers :D

Yes I hade to cut them a bit, then I glued them together again.
Hade to change the turn knuckle as well, uses turn knuckle from a TA02.

Good work man,looks very clean work :thumb: i'm trying to get my friend to switch the tires on his pajero from the stock to the SDI trail doc's:rockon:,but he likes the stock tires:confused::frusty:

Yes, Mudslingers I run on the HL from the start, until I got Trail Doc's.
And yes, they are a bit low.
Now I run them on my Pajero.

how did the R2 fit?
most of the time I see an R2 in a HL it has a veary steep angle on the drive shaft?
did that give you any trouble?

It fits perfect.
I mounted it with the motor on top, and driveshaft under it.
Not sideways like most do.

I had an r2 in a highlift frame with blackfoot body and with short wheelbase it was twitchy on the rough stuff. Maybe I'm just too heavy on the go button. :D
