I had a third one, but I gave it away to a fellow member who really did a fantastic job of giving it a new lease on life. ;)

I wish I did. That one was an original 87 and it was in terrible shape. I was gonna saw it up, glad I did not, cause the dude that has it now has turned that joker into a masterpeice.

Yeah, mine is an original 1987 shell. I cut it half to do a hinge bed on the tlt when I first built it. kinda regret it, but have since mended the two half's together. I learned after this these original shells are going for a pretty penny. Because the original bow tie in the grill, and the "Chevrolet" stamped in the tail gate. Oh well live and learn..... but I did notice, so long as I have my tail gate and grill... I can use the new clod shell still... no one would notice...... right?
LOL

Thanks for the comments. Building these things is a true passion. Means a lot to hear positive things on my builds. Cheers.

Yes the originals are highly prized and getting harder to find everyday. Even the Super Clod bodies and parts are out-of-stock many places.

FYI, you should be able to create an album now.;)
