My bad weather spot. Underground parking garage literally within walking distance from home.

Thanks!
I'd use some more natural RC sound but I can't figure out whats up. My DV camera captures .mov files and I import them with Nikon Picture Project. At that point the sound is still there. But then I import them to Windows Movie Maker and theres no sound on the clips. I know WMM is really glitchy with .mov files so thats probably why. So add some crazy songs to take up the silence.

Since owning a crawler, And driving 100km's a day for a living thru rural area's, Ive found that rock piles and formations by the side of the road, flower beds, over passes.. river streams, that i used to just glance past.. Are now stored in memory, are covered in invisable trail paths.. and my eyes dart about for spots to park the truck next time :p
Its a curse i tells ya.... living in a country with so much granite about :p

Actually out of curiosity, I have , what used to be called a 'B' class license, its now known as HR Heavy Rigid.. Which means I can drive any sized truck, as long as its a rigid body, and can tow upto a 9 ton trailer as well. What would that be equivlant to in USA ? is there one class fits all across all the states or does it differ from state to state ?

My Class B is good for trucks up to 36,000 lbs w/ airbrakes. I have had a CDL in Florida, Texas, New Jersey, and New York. They are all the same. Now I have to pay and receive reciprocity for the state of Rhode Island. Mo Money.
Class A-- Any combination of vehicles with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds provided the GVWR of the vehicle(s) being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
Class B-- Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing a vehicle not in excess of 10,000 pounds GVWR.
Class C-- Any single vehicle, or combination of vehicles, that does not meet the definition of Class A or Class B, but is either designed to transport 16 or more passengers, including the driver, or is placarded for hazardous materials.
The 9 ton trailer makes you Class A I beleive.

So you dont have Different licenses for Semi Trailers vs Rigid body's ? or Tractor trucks i think they are more commonly known as there. Here that was a C class and is now a MC, i think.. Multi Combination..
And my license also covers buses upto 12 or 16 people, mini bus basicly.

The federal standard requires states to issue a CDL to drivers according to the following license classifications:
For a CDL Class A drivers license, you will need to successfully pass the following exams:
General Knowledge
Air Brakes
Combination Vehicle
Pre-Trip Inspection
Other Applicable Exams for Desired Endorsements
Combination Vehicles requires an additional test.
Driving Combinations
Combination Vehicle Air Brakes
Antilock Brake Systems
Coupling and Uncoupling
Inspecting Combinations
The GVWR's above for A, B, and C are self explanitory. If you are over 26,001 lbs. and towing a trailer over 10,000 lbs. you need to have taken and passed the written and driving exams for Class A.

Only standard license here so I've only been able to drive box trucks with standard brakes at my job...Back when I worked the warehouse. I have taken out a customers mailbox though when I wasn't paying attention :D
