I just completed step #20, page 13 of my CR-01 Build, but the rear suspension has every limited travel compared to the front suspension? With the Chassis up side down and no rims or tires, at rest the rear dampeners are almost maxed out. I have reviewed the earlier steps, but I feel like I'm missing something. Can this setup be correct? :frusty:

I adjusted mine for more droop/travel. I also moved the dampner on the cantilever.

The front is in all the stock locations, the rear is something I had to fiddle with.

Thanks, found my error! the answer was in the post. "up side down". With the chassis up side down on my bench the weight from the rear end and the servo had the suspension mostly compressed. I also had the rear steering knuckles on backwards and it made things look weird. I do notice, as you stated that some adjustments can be made by changing dampener mounting points.

Yes, Tamiya provided extra holes for adjustability. The pushrod that connects the cantilever to the axle has right and left hand threads for quick adjustments to the length of the pushrod also. So you have confirmed that gravity is real. Nice. :bangin::LOL:
